And you'll still enjoy our complimentary VIP travel support!

Your VIP Travel Support Is Still Included
Booking on your own doesn't mean you're on your own. Our complimentary VIP travel support includes:
Hotel confirmation: We contact the hotel immediately after booking to confirm your reservation.
Pre-arrival follow-up: One week before your trip, we contact the hotel again so they can prepare for your arrival.
Your personalized visual itinerary: We organize all your important hotel details, including confirmation numbers, addresses, phone numbers, and directions, in one convenient place. If we book additional services for you, your itinerary can also include flight details and real-time flight status, excursion tickets and meeting locations with directions, transportation reservations, travel insurance policy information, and other travel arrangements we've made on your behalf.
Dedicated travel advisor support: We have access to dedicated travel advisor lines at hotels to help address issues on your behalf before, during, or after your stay.
Whether you book through our portal or have us make the reservation for you, you'll continue to receive our personalized support throughout your trip.
A note about your VIP support: Once you book through our Client Portal, the confirmation is sent immediately to both you and us. There's nothing else you need to do to initiate our complimentary VIP travel services. We'll take it from there!
A Few Things to Know
Hotels only — for now. The new portal currently supports hotel bookings only. Our other travel planning and booking services, including all-inclusive resorts and vacation packages, vacation rentals, cruises, flights, rental cars, private transportation, excursions, travel insurance, and group travel, are still available through us directly.
Don't see the hotel you're looking for? This is a new feature, and not all the hotels we can book are listed in the portal yet. Reach out to us directly, and we'll be happy to check availability and other options for you.
Getting started is easy: To browse and book through our Client Portal, you'll first need to complete a brief client intake form with some basic information. Once that's complete, you can explore available hotels, compare rates and perks, and book your stay.
